 We ship out the same day the order isplaced if placed before 12:00 (noon). If it is after 12:00, yourorder will be shipped out the next day.  If the products ordered arebacked ordered, we will ship them out as soon as they are received.

We currently deliver only to the United States . We do not make international deliveries (or to Puerto Rico).

                                       Tracking the Shipment of Your Order:

We provide you the UPS or USPS  tracking number upon your request.  You can use thenumber on www.ups.com or www.usps.com  to track your order,once you have received the tracking number.

                                                  Where is Your Order:

If theUPS or the USPS tracking information shows the order has been delivered, be sure to checkeverywhere -- occasionally, carriers will leave deliveries with neighbors,building managers, or places like your porch, garage, or even behind bushes. Ifthere is no tracking information or the tracking information shows the item asreturned to us, contact us by email or phone. We may have the wrong shippingaddress, the driver may have attempted to deliver it but been unsuccessful, orthe carrier may have lost it.

                                                   If You Are Not Home:

It is upto the driver's discretion whether to require a signature when delivering yourorder or whether to simply drop it off at your doorstep or with a buildingmanager or in an office.  If the driver feels it is best to obtain asignature, he/she will try a few times to get one. After that, the package willbe returned as "undeliverable". These undeliverable orders willnot be resent. A new order must be placed.

                                               Products Arriving Together:

Most ofthe products are all shipped out together in one box and will arrive at thesame time. If the order is large and is shipped in more than one package, theymay arrive separately-although that is rare. If you log in to your account, youcan see the number of tracking numbers listed for your order. That determinesthe number of packages that were shipped. On the UPS or the USPS website, you can also seethe estimated delivery date for each package.

                                                       Return Policy:

Your complete satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not 100% satisfied withyour purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of unused productswithin 30 days of the sale date and issue a full refund except for shippingcost.

                                                How to Return A Product:

Return shipping is easy. To return any item(s), simply contact our Customer Care Center via phone 877-763-0701, local Memphis, TN 794-0220 or email (cynthia@happinappi.com). A friendly Customer Care person will help you with your return.  Yourreturn may then be handed to any UPS driver or USPS driver or dropped off at any of thousandsof UPS or USPS drop-off locations. Once your return is received at our processingcenter, you will receive a refund except for the shipping,  along with an email message confirmingreceipt as long as the e-mail is enclosed with the return.  Packing and sending your return in the boxthe items were originally shipped in can be reused if the sizing isappropriate. Simply apply the prepaid shipping label that our customer carerepresentative will email to you. Give the package to your UPS or USPS driver or drop itoff at any UPS or USPS drop-off location.
