Shipping & Return Policy Info
Product Warranty
Each product has with a Three year warranty. Normal Wear and Tear is not warranted. Any cuts with scissors, wear from a defective chair, cot, mat or crib mattress, washing machine involvement, etc is not cover. Each case will be reviewed to determine if it was the products malfunction or the users. If it is the malfunction of the Happi-Nappi product, it will be replaced and shipped to you at our cost. An return label will be also included for the defective item to be shipped back to our office.
Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of unused products within 30 days of the sale date and issue a full refund except for shipping cost.
