Product Warranty
Each product has a Three-year warranty. Normal Wear and Tear are not warranted.
Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of unused products within 30 days of the sale date and issue a full refund once we determine the item can be returned to us. Shipping it back to us is at your cost.
If the product has any cuts with scissors, wear from a defective chair, cot, mat, or crib mattress, washing machine involvement that tears the item, etc., it will not be covered under the warranty or eligible for return. Each case will be reviewed to determine if the product malfunctioned or if the user caused the issue. Pictures of any products wanting to be returned have to be submitted to us by email to cynthia@happinappi.com. If it is determined the product is defective, a return label will be provided by email for the product to be returned. Once received, a replacement will be sent to you.
If you order the wrong size, we will be happy to exchange it for the correct size if it has not been used, washed, or a name written on the name tag. You will have to pay the shipping for the returned item and the reshipment of the correct item.
